1. Agreement

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Program. By submitting the application, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update and amend these terms at any time.

2. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the Program, you must complete and submit the Affiliate application form located on leadattractionsystem.io. We will evaluate your application in good faith and notify you of its acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, sites that promote illegal activities, violate intellectual property rights, or do not align with our brand values.

3. Commissions

As an Affiliate, you will earn a commission for referrals that result in a subscription to the Lead Attraction System services.

Commission Rate: You will earn15%of the referred user's monthly subscription value for up to 12 rolling months. This commission is subject to sales and system taxes and fees.

Subscription Payments: The commission is earned on the monthly subscription value paid by the referred user.

Commission Eligibility: You will earn a commission for valid subscriptions made by customers who click through properly formatted affiliate links.

Payouts: Payouts are not automatic and will be made upon request. Affiliates must submit a request for payout once per month. Payments will be processed within 30 days of the request, provided your account balance is above [Insert Minimum Payout Amount, $97]. Payments will be made via PayPal or the payment method specified during registration.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Promotional Links: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their affiliate links are properly formatted and operational.

Marketing Practices: You may use approved marketing materials provided by the Lead Attraction System. Unsolicited commercial emails (spam) or any form of misleading or unethical marketing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account.

Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding disclosure of affiliate relationships (e.g., including a disclosure statement when promoting our products).

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any conduct that could damage or diminish the reputation of the Lead Attraction System, its services or its products. You may not bid on trademarks or any variation or misspelling thereof in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. You may not falsely represent the Lead Attraction System or imply any false association between you and the company.

6. Affiliate Tracking

The Lead Attraction System uses cookies to track customers who use your affiliate link. Cookies are valid for 120 days, meaning you will receive credit for purchases made within this period if the customer clicked on your affiliate link.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any outstanding commission payments due will be paid to you within 60 days, provided the balance meets the minimum payout threshold. If you terminate this Agreement, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

8. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement creates any employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and the Lead Attraction System.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services under this Agreement. All uses must be in compliance with our brand guidelines, and any misuse of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of this Agreement.

10. Liability

The Lead Attraction System will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program.

11. Modification

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any such modifications will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the Program following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey, United States (USA).

13. Confidentiality

Any information related to the Lead Attraction System, including pricing, marketing strategies, and other proprietary information shared with you as part of the Program, is confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention and all remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
